Change of Mind
Due to the curated and limited-edition nature of our boxes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return.

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
